Key Autism Services has an entire department dedicated to guiding students through their required fieldwork hours while working as behavior therapists or registered behavior technicians (RBT). Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians employed at Key for 30 days are eligible to be enrolled in the BACB Supervision Department and accrue all required fieldwork hours at NO COST to employees.
