JOB PURPOSE
Our Waiter / Waitress is a guest-facing role responsible for delivering an exceptional and luxurious dining experience that aligns with the standards of Prada ION Caffe. You are expected to embody the highest level of personal presentation, product knowledge, and service etiquette.
As the face of Prada caffe, our Waiter / Waitress plays a critical part in creating a welcoming, refined, and memorable customer experience. You work closely with the Front of House (FOH) team to ensure smooth daily operations and upholds the image and values of the brand.
