TEICON ENGINEERING is currently recruiting for a (Pre-) Commissioning Site Supervisor (m/f/d) — either on a fixed-term contract or as a freelance consultant.

Project Details

• Location : Tarragona, Spain
• Start Date : 23 June 2025
• Contract Type : Fixed-term employment or freelance contract
• Duration : Minimum 7 months, with possibility of extension
• Workload : 56 hours per week, 6 days per week

Your Responsibilities

• Support the project management team in executing all pre-commissioning activities within an international large-scale project.
• Coordinate and supervise pipeline cleaning processes in line with project specifications.
• Align mechanical preparation work with the Piping Supervisor and involved subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project-specific HSE standards in all pre-commissioning areas.
• Organize safety briefings and monitor PPE usage.
• Participate in safety incident reporting and investigations.
• Develop and execute task-specific Safe Plans of Action (SPA).
• Coordinate punch-point resolution and support material planning.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and support progress reviews.
• Promote clear task allocation, internal communication, and teamwork.
• Work flexibly, including late or night shifts as required.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in pre-commissioning, especially pipeline cleaning and mechanical prep.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and their practical application.
• Mechanical knowledge for effective coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID and isometric drawings.
• Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish skills are a plus.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, independent work ethic.
• Flexible and available for late or night shifts.
