A fast-growing and esteemed Developer in the area is looking for a Preconstruction Manager. This Developer has a backlog of diverse commercial projects valued up to $50M, local to the area, that stretch over the next two years. The Preconstruction Manager will be a cornerstone for the company and an integral part of the leadership team!

Preconstruction Manager Responsibilities:

• • Direct the overall planning and development of new project activities and the activities of all current projects
• • Assist in schedule development
• • Advise the client and other project team members concerning base building and internal project management. Evaluate and critique the progress of design development, budget, and schedule
