About the role:

We are seeking a Pre-Contracts Manager to lead the Group’s tendering, pricing and proposal function, ensuring all opportunities are commercially sound, compliant, risk-managed and aligned with growth priorities. This role oversees the full pre-contract lifecycle from qualification through to contract award and handover to Operations, and provide strategic commercial leadership across pricing, qualification, governance and pursuit strategy.
