Job Description
The **Pre-Development Directo** r is primarily responsible for leading and managing the pre-development activities on our Italian project(s). The Pre-development Director will interact and interface on a daily basis with multiple QTS teams, including but not limited to Corporate Real Estate, Investment, Development and Data Center Operations teams.
The Pre Development Director will become the main interface for key external stakeholders - including local authorities - associated with the projects.
The role requires strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, ability to self-direct, ability to convey and deliver executive narratives, strong background in data center or large scale developments, proven experience in site selection processes, planning & permitting, technical and environmental due diligence, design, engineering and operational requirements.
