The Pre-Employment Screening Analyst plays a critical role in protecting BMO's people, assets, and information by delivering intelligence‑driven insights that support risk mitigation and informed decision‑making. Acting as an internal intelligence consultant, this role conducts comprehensive risk assessments, performs due diligence, interacts professionally with candidate and other stakeholders and follows adjudication guidelines that strengthen organizational risk management.
