EduTalent Group are working with a leading British International School in Spain who are seeking a Pre Prep School Deputy Head to join the team in January 2026 . The school delivers the British National Curriculum and has a strong reputation for academic success and outstanding pastoral care.

This role will lead the pastoral provision for pupils from Pre Nursery to Year 3, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment where children develop confidence, curiosity and strong personal values. You will also play a key role in promoting high-quality teaching and learning throughout the Pre Prep School.

The position sits within the Senior Leadership Team and includes line management responsibilities, involvement in safeguarding as a Designated Safeguarding Lead and contribution to whole school strategic development.
