Position: Pre-Primary Teacher

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dedicated Pre-Primary School Teacher to nurture and educate young learners. The teacher will be responsible for creating a joyful, safe, and engaging learning environment that supports the overall development of children.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities for pre-primary students
  

• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children
  

• Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, games, music, art, and play-based learning
  

• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and positive classroom environment
  

• Observe and assess student progress and share regular feedback with parents
  

• Encourage good habits, discipline, and positive behavior among students
  

• Collaborate with school staff for curriculum planning and school activities
  

• Ensure proper care and supervision of children during school hours
  

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach
  

• Ability to engage and manage young children effectively
  

• Creative and innovative teaching style
  

• Basic knowledge of child psychology and early childhood education
  

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / NTT / ECCEd / Montessori preferred
  

• Graduates with relevant experience in pre-primary teaching can also apply
  

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in a pre-primary or kindergarten setup preferred
  

• Freshers with relevant training and passion for teaching may be considered
