About the Role 

We are seeking a Presales Back Office Executive to support our sales and service team with 

documentation, proposal preparation, lead coordination, and presales operations. This role is 

best suited for someone detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in MS Office, who is eager to 

learn and grow in a technical/engineering sales environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare sales documents, quotations and client proposals. 

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance) for presales requirements. 

• Maintain CRM/sales databases with up-to-date client and opportunity information. 

• Support tender/bid documentation and compliance checks. 

• Assist in handling customer inquiries and follow-ups.
