Candidate profile

  • Degree in business, management, marketing, technical studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role at a software company (SaaS, MarTech) or consulting company
  • Experience in Loyalty or Customer Experience (CX) programs is essential
  • Solid understanding of the IT sector and business processes
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of an additional language (German, Spanish or Italian) is a plus
