About the role
To act as a strategic link between sales teams, partners, and customers by providing technical and commercial support throughout the pre-sales process, identifying training and solution needs, designing high-value proposals, and contributing to business growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify training and development needs of partners and customers through sales requests, commercial interactions, and periodic consultations.
Design, develop, and expand training and development programs aligned with business, partner, and customer needs.
Manage and prioritize assigned sales opportunities in support of the sales team, focusing efforts on maximizing productivity and profitability as directed by the Sales Manager.
