About the Role

As a Pre-Sales Engineer at Rossum, you'll help prospects understand how our platform solves complex document automation challenges. You'll partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, shape solution designs, build tailored demos, and guide prospects through evaluation with clarity and confidence.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating technical capability into real business value, thrives in customer conversations, and collaborates well across Product, Engineering, and Professional Services.

What You'll Do

  • Lead technical discovery with prospects, uncovering requirements and mapping them to Rossum capabilities.

  • Deliver tailored demos that communicate value in a clear, customer-oriented way.

  • Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and implementation scopes.

  • Support Sales during evaluation cycles, including RFP responses and technical Q&A.
