**Job Summary**:
**Provides field technical support to customers by serving as the primary technical interface for TD SYNNEX products, solutions, and services. Performs a variety of product, and technical support functions which include research and resolution of pre-sales technical and process related issues. Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned**:
**Principal Responsibilities**:
- ** Provides pre-sales resolution of all technical and process related issues, using appropriate escalation points when necessary.**:
