Role Summary: Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, handling inquiries, nurturing leads, and scheduling site visits for real estate projects.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and qualify leads.

  • Provide accurate project details (pricing, amenities, location).

  • Maintain CRM data and track follow-ups.

  • Coordinate site visits and assist sales team with leads.

  • Support in presentations, proposals, and marketing activities.

  • Work with marketing to improve lead quality & conversions.

  • Meet monthly targets for lead conversions.


Requirements:



  • Graduate in Marketing/Business Administration or related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in real estate pre-sales or customer-facing role preferred.
