We are seeking a full-time, on-site Pre Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying potential leads, managing client inquiries, and maintaining a database of potential clients. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, supporting sales initiatives through presentations, and collaborating with the sales team to generate new business opportunities. The Pre Sales Executive will build strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and ensure excellent customer service.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales prospecting
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Understanding of the real estate industry and market trends is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
