Job Overview
The Pre-Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with incoming leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting qualified prospects into demo-ready leads for the sales team. This role focuses on lead qualification, requirement mapping, follow-ups, and coordination to ensure that only quality prospects move forward for demos and closures.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Connect with incoming and assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Qualify leads based on business need, interest level, and readiness
• Understand customer pain points and clearly explain product value and use cases
• Convert interested prospects into confirmed demos for the sales team
• Coordinate with the sales/demo team for smooth scheduling and proper handover
• Share accurate product information, pricing overview, and resolve basic queries
