Role Description
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Ambegaon, Pune. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, providing comprehensive product and service information, and crafting tailored proposals. The role includes researching the market, generating leads, connecting with prospects, assisting the sales team with technical presentations, and ensuring a seamless transition to the onboarding team. Collaboration with internal teams and delivering excellent customer support will be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in research, market analysis, and lead generation techniques.
- Experience in sales presentations, proposal creation, and client engagement.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing methodologies including SMM, SEO, and performance marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is beneficial.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for lead calling, lead qualification, and scheduling site visits for residential projects.
- Make outbound calls to potential leads from CRM or campaign sources.
- Explain project details clearly and persuasively.
- Identify customer needs and generate interest in the project.
- Schedule site visits and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and daily reports.
- Ensure high conversion from inquiry to visits.
