Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Presales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting cold outreach through calls and emails to generate qualified demos for our Sales team. You will play a key role in driving our lead generation efforts and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to potential clients to generate interest in Sell.do’s CRM solutions.
- Identify and qualify leads, and schedule product demos with the Sales team.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about Sell.do’s features and benefits.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, client interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to effectively position Sell.do’s solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Presales, Business Development, or similar role, preferably in the real estate or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Proven ability to conduct cold outreach and generate qualified leads.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and present solutions effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
