Pre-Sales Representative

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Representative to support our Sales team and manage interactions with international customers and prospects for the LATAM region . This role is key to building strong customer relationships and enabling our field sales team to focus on selling.

Key responsibilities

• Process new account enquiries, open accounts, and handle customer correspondence
• Provide customers with accurate price lists and product information , including replacement options for obsolete models
• Prepare price adjustments and offers for special projects
• Provide administrative support to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs)
• Follow up sales processes through to order conclusion
