This position reports directly to the Group Head of Solution Engineering and plays a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to deliver complex solution sales by acting as the subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle.
Design and deliver customized technical solutions to address specific customer needs.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of technological solutions, highlighting ROI and added value.
Assist in answering technical questions during the sales process and contribute to early project specifications.
Support sales teams by developing technical training and presentation materials.
