We’re Hiring | Pre-Sales Specialist – Apple Business
At Futureworld India, we’re expanding our Apple Business (B2 B / SMB / Enterprise) team and looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist who’s passionate about Apple technologies and enterprise solutions.
Role Overview
As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in bridging business needs with Apple-based solutions. From customer discovery to solution design and deployment planning, you’ll support enterprises, SMBs, and institutions in adopting Apple at scale.
Experience Required
- 3–4 years in Pre-Sales / Technical Consulting / Solution Engineering
- Mandatory: Experience with Apple enterprise deployments
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of the Apple ecosystem (mac OS, i OS/i Pad OS)
- Apple Business Manager (ABM) / Apple School Manager
- MDM platforms: Jamf, Intune, or similar
- Working knowledge of:
- Zero-touch deployments
- Device enrollment & configuration profiles
- Application deployment
- Exposure to Windows, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to support enterprise & SMB customers
- Conduct discovery sessions and requirement analysis
- Design and propose Apple deployment architectures
- Deliver solution presentations, demos, and Po Cs
- Support ABM setup, MDM integration, and device onboarding
- Assist with RFPs, technical documentation, and solution briefs
- Act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales cycles
- Ensure seamless handover from pre-sales to post-sales teams
Soft Skills That Matter
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Confident customer-facing approach
- Ability to engage with IT managers, decision-makers & educators
- Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR
Preferred Certifications
- Apple Certified IT Professional
- Jamf Certification
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Certifications
