Pre-Sales Systems Designer

Overview of Position:

The Pre-Sales Systems Designer is a hybrid position that reports to the VP of Professional Services and Systems Integration. This position works closely with the Department Leadership, Account Executives, & the Business Development team to build comprehensive proposals for Telecommunications Systems Integration and Professional Service Projects.

Duties include:

• Responsible for technical content of the proposals (Equipment pricing, Labor Pricing, and non-technical supporting documentation).
• Review of customer bid request documentation to determine proposal requirements and due date.
• Develop a detailed schedule of when technical content and equipment pricing is due to meet proposal deadline.
• Contact customer to clarify ambiguities, if any, in the specification or customer provided documentation.
