Administrative Support

  • Prepare sales documents such as proposals, contracts, and invoices.
  • Manage and update customer records in CRM systems.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the sales team.

Sales Process Assistance

  • Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and following up on leads.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Monitor and track sales team performance metrics, compiling reports as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience
