Key Responsibilities

Classroom & Teaching:

Implement Montessori-based teaching methods aligned with lesson plans and curriculum

Create a safe, stimulating, and child-centric classroom environment

Observe, guide, and support children’s academic, emotional, and social development

Use age-appropriate materials and activities to encourage independent learning

Student Development:

Assess and document children’s progress and developmental milestones

Plan and evaluate individual and group learning activities

Ensure student safety and supervision at all times
