Based in our vibrant Robina Office on the Gold Coast, you will work within the dynamic Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team supporting Metricon customers through their pre-build process. You will work closely internally with Drafting, Estimating, and Permits to get them to site.

• Effectively manage your customer expectations and ensure they are aware of the status of their home during the pre-construction process
• Deliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationships
