A real estate development company is looking for a Licensed Architect or Engineer in Cebu City with at least 5 years of experience in both horizontal and vertical construction projects, and ideally 2 years as a Precast Engineer. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, assisting with scheduling delays, and providing technical support. Applicants should possess excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with knowledge of MS applications, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
