Precast Formwork Carpenter
We're looking for a detail-oriented Precast Formwork Carpenter to join our clients team! If you take pride in precision, quality finishes, and working in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the accurate fabrication and preparation of plywood and steel formwork to ensure high-quality precast concrete panels. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Fabricating plywood formwork to architectural dimensional specs.
- Ensuring all joins are seamless and finishes are smooth.
- Coordinating with engineers on steel formwork requirements.
- Verifying steel formwork availability and accuracy.
- Overseeing deck preparation and layout using shop drawings.
- Squaring panels and checking all measurements (±2mm tolerance).
- Applying silicone sealant, form release, and retarder (if specified).
