Qualification - B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma - civil

Experience - Min. 10+ yrs Precast , Installation & New Plant Setup in the Construction Industry (knowledge and skills of MS Project , Scheduling , planning , supervision , capacity etc.)

Salary - Upto 12 LPA

Job Description

Oversee the entire precast installation process, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth installation.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during installation.

Resolve on-site challenges and ensure adherence to project timelines. Plan and execute the setup of a new precast manufacturing facility.

Select and install required machinery and equipment.

Develop workflows for efficient production and logistics.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Hire and train staff for plant operations. Develop production schedules to meet project deadlines.

Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity.

Monitor and adjust schedules to address delays or changes.

Use scheduling tools like MS Project for timeline tracking Assess project scope and determine production capacity requirements.

Optimize manpower, materials, and machinery usage.

Identify risks and develop contingency plans to avoid delays.

Coordinate with procurement teams for raw material availability.
