About the opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to lead the production team of Queensland's leading architectural precast supplier. You will manage several precast factories, overseeing the manufacturing of a diverse range of high-quality precast concrete products. This role involves day-to-day hands on management, project coordination, and ensuring the highest quality standards in all production processes.


Role description:


The Production Manager will oversee a team of 80, manage mould fabrication and precast product manufacture, and ensure high-quality standards across multiple factories.


Responsibilities will include:
