ROLE: We are looking for a Multi-axis CNC/CAM Programming specialist to write,develop and optimize CNC programs on SLIDING HEAD precision machines using CAM software.Tolerances <
10 Microns

Key Result Areas

• Responsible for New Product development & Process planning by developing Multi-Axis CAM Programs using Espirit ( preferred) software based on engineering drawings and models and the established procedures.
• Conduct feasibility studies, analyze design specifications, blueprints, and production requirements to determine the feasibility of manufacturing components in terms of tooling, machining processes, and manufacturing cycle times. Hands-on experience with Machining Processes.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures,devices for each machining operation. Set up machines with the necessary tools and fixtures to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to CNC programming, tooling, machine setup, and machining processes. Implement corrective actions to resolve problems and optimize production efficiency. Maintain OEE above 85%

Incumbent profile:

• Proficient in multi-axis machining strategies, toolpath generation, and real-time machine simulationto ensure precision and defect-free operations.
• Knowledge of optimized machining processes.
• Exp on Sliding Head machines ( Star/Tsugami/Citizen/Tornos machines).
• Ability to write complex programs and providing end-to-end solutions from concept stage to development including tools & fixture selection

ANNUAL REMUNERATION: 25-30LPA
