Vertex ID LAB was founded to introduce technically sound, precision-driven instruments into high-value manufacturing environments, combining classical measurement principles with modern engineering practices.


Role Overview

We are inviting applications from Instrumentation or Mechatronics Engineering students interested in pursuing a capstone or thesis project focused on precision measurement systems, sensors, and calibration logic.


The role involves working on measurement reliability, repeatability, and sensor integration within a compact mechanical system.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in integrating sensors and measurement devices into mechanical systems
  • Study and support:
  • Measurement repeatability
  • Calibration logic
  • Error sources and mitigation
  • Work with mechanical probes, gauges, or transducers
  • Support testing, validation, and data consistency checks
  • Document calibration and testing procedures


Required Skills & Background

  • Pursuing B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Applied Electronics
  • Academic exposure to:
  • Sensors and transducers
  • Measurement systems
  • Basic signal conditioning
  • Interest in precision instruments and applied engineering
  • Ability to collaborate with mechanical and software teams


Duration & Work Mode

  • Duration: 4–6 months (Capstone / Thesis aligned)
  • Work Mode: Hybrid
  • 70% On-Site: Jaipur or Mumbai
  • 30% Online / Remote
