We’re looking for a skilled Preconstruction Manager to support our data center projects in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Responsibilities include:
* Work on multiple projects at the same time.
* Create initial working schedule for projects
* Meet with clients to determine project needs
* Plan, lead and coordinate pre-bid and bid meetings
* Review proposals, conceptual designs, detailed design documents (drawings and specifications), attend design development meetings and make sites visits to best define the scope of work and cost impacts required of the process.
