Colliers Project Leaders is currently looking for a Preconstruction Manager – Design Management Support to join our Owner's Rep team remotely within the US.

The Design Management Support role for a key data center client provides day-to-day coordination and operational support to ensure the design process remains organized, aligned, and responsive throughout design and construction. This role manages design documentation, schedules, and package tracking while maintaining Procore Standards and ensuring compliance across architect and engineering partners. Acting as a liaison between design teams, project management, and construction, the role supports coordination across EORs, design-assist partners, and subcontractors to drive clarity, close submittals, and resolve RFIs.
