Well Established Heavy Civil Contractor in Arizona, seeking Preconstruction Manager in Tucson, AZ 


Job Purpose: Preconstruction Manager is to act as a key leader in the entire work acquisition process, including management, coordination, and delivery of the preconstruction phases of the project and extensive client contact, including marketing and business development. This would be for Heavy Civil Construction.


Roles, Duties, & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and engage direct subordinates.

  • Coordinate with the Operations Division Manager in developing the division strategy, vision, and business planning process.

  • Coordinate, manage, and supervise the work of subordinate preconstruction members and support staff.

  • Coordinate, manage, and supervise the work of marketing and business development staff.
