Main purpose of the

Preferred Admin role:

This is a full-time role for a candidate who will be acting as the point of contact and be the catalyst for the preferred inventory processing. The person in this role will work 40+ hours per week. Overtime will be assigned on an as needed basis. This position is temporary for the first 60 days. Upon successful completion of 60 days the position becomes a permanent addition to staff.

Major Responsibilities:

•Using internal consoles to update inventory/order data.

•Reconcile discrepancies and inquiries from internal teams relating to preferred processing.

•Communicate with internal leadership on daily processing and backlogs.
