Premium Clients Associate

Job Purpose: The Premium Clients Associate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maximizing client satisfaction and retention. This role requires strong product knowledge in Forex markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver personalized solutions to meet premium clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for premium clients, providing dedicated support and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Build, develop, and proactively maintain long‑term relationships with VIP / high‑net‑worth clients.
