Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound queries from Apple customers via voice and chat
  • Assist with product-related questions, device setup, billing, or account issues
  • Ensure a premium customer experience through personalized support
  • Follow Apple's support protocols, privacy, and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with technical teams for escalated cases

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Prior international voice/chat support experience preferred
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in Apple products
  • Immediate joiners preferred
