Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound queries from Apple customers via voice and chat
- Assist with product-related questions, device setup, billing, or account issues
- Ensure a premium customer experience through personalized support
- Follow Apple's support protocols, privacy, and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools
- Collaborate with technical teams for escalated cases
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Prior international voice/chat support experience preferred
- Tech-savvy with an interest in Apple products
- Immediate joiners preferred
