Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with premium customers
  • Resolve complex customer queries related to products, services, and accounts
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service
  • Meet performance targets related to quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Graduate or undergraduate degree holders
  • Experience in premium BPO processes preferred but freshers can apply
  • Ability to handle complex customer issues professionally
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts including night shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred
