Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with premium customers
- Resolve complex customer queries related to products, services, and accounts
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service
- Meet performance targets related to quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Graduate or undergraduate degree holders
- Experience in premium BPO processes preferred but freshers can apply
- Ability to handle complex customer issues professionally
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts including night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
