ESSWe are hiring immediately for part-time PREP COOK positions. Location: Downtown Anchorage Cafe. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full-Time schedule, Monday - Friday, day shifts, hours may vary. Requirement: Prior food service or prep cook experience is a plus! Pay Range: $16.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour. Prepare and portion ingredients following recipes and safety standards Work with kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness after each use
Label, date, and store food properly according to safety guidelines Support cooks and chefs by keeping prep areas stocked and organized Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP protocols
