Position Summary:

As a Prep Cook at Mesero, you will be responsible for maintaining fresh ingredients, preparing authentic recipes and sauces while maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen. Working with the chef and line cooks to help create the flavorful dishes our guests know and love.
