THE ROLE

The primary duty of the Prep Cook is to prep and prepare high quality food to order for guests and all outlets throughout the Rogers Centre based on established guidelines. All orders and product will be prepared in a timely, professional, and courteous manner while maintaining quality consistency and productivity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reports to Executive Chef and Sous Chefs at the beginning and end of each shift for daily operational overview.
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing proper uniform and nametag when working.
