Prep Cook

MBM Hospitality is a busy catering company located in Torrance, Ca offering full-service catering for special events, weddings, corporate events all over Los Angeles and Orange County. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Prep Cook ready to grow with our company at our Headquarters!  The ideal candidate is passionate about food & hospitality, would excel in a fast-paced environment, punctual, work well on a team, positive attitude, able to multitask while working under pressure. 

As a prep cook here at the MBM Hospitality Headquarters Office, you will work under the supervision of the head chef and kitchen manager. Your main tasks will include prepping and cooking ingredients by washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients, measuring and assembling ingredients according to recipes, and storing food properly to maintain its freshness and quality.
