Prep Cook/Dishwasher

We are looking for Prep Cook/dishwasher with the following qualifications:

• Restaurant experience of at least 1 year
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure that the kitchen stays clean and organized
• Have a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
• Ensuring all dishes and utensils are cleaned and stored properly.
• Support the kitchen team by following instructions and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service.
