The candidate will be the part of pre-sales team and will execute sales-enablement activities with below key responsibilities: Serve as a writer/editor in preparation of RFP (request for proposal), RFI, RFQ responses, business proposals/PPTs and process documents based on the client requirement and expectations.Managing/updating company’s business profile in client’s supplier registration portals and ensure the required company details are updated.Follow & implement business/proposal writing best practices and ensure the proposal response meets the quality guidelines & is aligned with the client expectation. Helps in managing / updating company’s business specific records including business registrations/certificates and other corporate/process documents. Update content inventory / knowledge repository on regular basis to use the updated details in RFPs/business proposals.Co-ordinate with cross functional teams (sales/marketing/operations) to gather required client requirements and corporate details. On-going research on latest staffing industry trends in the US market and update the content inventory. Essential Qualifications:Hands-on experience in preparation of business proposals Strong hold in business-oriented writing style & B2B content Strong research skills with experience in sourcing data references through online platforms. Detailed oriented and strong project management skills to manage company-wide content repositoryAbility to comprehend the business logic and communicate with the senior managementExperience in responding to business proposals/RFPs for U.S.A-based customers and an overview of USA staffing market is a plusHands-on exposure to productivity tools - Microsoft Word, PowerPointStrong written & verbal communication
