Job Title: GRC Pre-Sales Lead – India

Location: Noida

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cyber GRC Pre-Sales Lead to drive growth for our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) services. This individual will work closely with internal sales teams to build a strong pipeline, engage with clients to understand their requirements, and deliver tailored solutions. The role demands expertise in managing end-to-end RFP processes, solution development, and commercial negotiations, along with strong knowledge of GRC compliance frameworks and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify opportunities and build a robust pipeline for GRC services. Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with GRC compliance requirements and industry needs.
  • Act as the front-end representative for clients, understanding their business challenges and compliance needs. Design and propose tailored GRC solutions that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage the entire RFP lifecycle: RFP qualification and analysis; Clarification and Q&A with clients; Solution development and documentation; Effort estimation and pricing strategy; Solution defense and presentations.
  • Engage in pricing negotiations and commercial discussions with clients. Ensure proposals are competitive and aligned with organizational profitability goals.
  • Partner with marketing teams to conduct webinars, roadshows, and thought-leadership sessions. Represent the organization at industry events and forums to strengthen brand presence.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and roadshows. Leverage existing industry connections to generate leads and build strategic partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years in Cybersecurity and GRC domain, with at least 8 years in pre-sales or solution consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of US compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS, CCPA, India regulations etc).
  • Deep knowledge of GRC platforms and services.
  • Proven track record in building sales pipelines and winning large GRC deals.
  • Expertise in RFP management and solution defense.
  • Ability to lead pricing discussions and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Established connections within the cybersecurity and compliance ecosystem.

  • Strategic thinker with ability to align solutions to client business objectives.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of GRC platforms and services (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow, MetricStream, Process Unity, One Trust etc.).
  • Familiarity with security technologies (e.g. SIEM, IGA, PIM, EDR).
  • Ability to manage multiple RFPs and priorities.


Travel Requirement:

Up to 30-40% travel across the Globe and within India
