About the Role
As a Pre-Sales Executive at i Workkz, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in shaping their initial experience with our platform. You will engage with leads, understand their business challenges, qualify opportunities, and deliver tailored product demonstrations that showcase how i Workkz can drive operational efficiency. Working closely with sales and product teams, you will help craft proposals, solution narratives, and pre-sales documentation that guide prospects smoothly through the evaluation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first touchpoint for inbound and outbound leads, engaging prospects with a clear understanding of their needs and potential fit.
- Conduct discovery calls to map client requirements, pain points, and business objectives.
- Deliver customised product demos that highlight relevant capabilities and value propositions.
- Create high-quality proposals, pitch decks, and pre-sales documents to support the sales pipeline.
- Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, coordinating with internal teams for inputs and validation.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to refine solution positioning and messaging.
- Perform competitive research and market analysis to strengthen our pitch and solution fit.
- Maintain smooth communication with leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and transition into sales.
- Help create a consistent, structured pre-sales process and improve overall lead experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- MBA or PGDM in Marketing, Technology, or Operations is a strong advantage (not mandatory).
- 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, inside sales, or Saa S customer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of Saa S products, cloud concepts, and workflow/automation solutions.
- Comfortable with CRMs, demo environments, documentation tools, and proposal formats.
- Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation.
- Ability to conduct requirement discovery, translate business needs into solutions, and deliver product walkthroughs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate customer pain points and propose relevant solutions.
- A proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
