 Minimum 4 years of experience in IT projects proposal writing for global customers.
 Should have customer interface experience to get information required to create
proposals.
 Should be efficient in Project estimation & developing project schedules.
 Efficient in MS Office & CRM tools. Should be able to build effective walkthrough
presentations and organizational capability documents.
 Excellent Communication and customer Relationship Management skills.
 Own and support sales team in achieving sales targets.
 Experience in generating proposals and other collaterals for IT Services
(Product/Application Development and Application Maintenance & Support), preferably
above $100,000 for individual proposals.
 Understand business and functional requirements in a concise and clear manner to
effectively size effort.
 Should have experience working with IT delivery team to get required inputs for presales.
 Building Pilot Project to showcase to customers
 Developing organization case studies to show case organization's
technical capabilities
 Input for creating project estimation and schedule.
 Basic knowledge about cloud/web technologies technologies, Robotic Process
Automation (RPA), AI-ML technologies, etc.
 Ability to own and drive pre-sales/sales initiatives to conclusion achieving objectives
