Presales Engineer (Data Center, UPS, Cooling System, Power) - MRO

Responsibilities

• 1. Able to understand customer data center facilities setup. Utilize solution skill to leads and identify opportunities based on customer insight.
• 2. Become proficient in Data Center facilities products & solution (UPS, Containment, Cooling, Prefabricate Solution), understand customers need and providing solutions.
• 3. To Support business development manager in market share analysis and market competitor insight analysis.
• 4. Responsible to develop solution proposal, pricing and internal quote approval, support commercial decision-making approval, and support Business Development Manager in customer-facing sales operations. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Marketing team to plan and implement marketing plan.
• 5. Develop and manage high-value relationships with key stakeholders in customer’s technical team.
