Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze IT infrastructure requirements and design appropriate cost-effective solutions
- Design end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions including Transition & Transformation components
- Maintain up-to-date functional and technical knowledge of virtualization and server technologies
- Build solution documents, effort estimates, and pricing proposals
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and partner managers to provide complete solutions to customers
- Identify transformational service opportunities and key IT issues for customers
- Assist sales teams with RFX requests, statements of work, and technical consulting
- Provide pre-sale consulting and post-sales support with technical expertise
